We all want to take steps to support our mental well-being, but many of us don’t know where to start. Too many people are working themselves to the point of burnout; it’s time for us to change the way we work.

Sylvana Gatto founded BEE WELLNESS to bring mindfulness into the workplace. Sylvana spent close to a decade in sales and sales leadership in the tech space where she experienced firsthand the stress, deadlines and targets that come with a highly demanding job. It didn’t take long for her to recognize that the burnout crisis is real and it’s time to learn how to work more sustainably.

Combining her experience in the corporate world with her passion and expertise in mindfulness, Sylvana supports individuals and organizations in putting mental well-being at the forefront of their growth and success. She is a firm believer that incorporating mindfulness tools into the workday makes employees less stressed, organizations more resilient, and peak performance more attainable for everyone.

Based in Ottawa, Canada, Sylvana is currently completing the JSCS Coaching Accreditation. She is certified Meditation & Yoga Teacher. She has previously worked as a sales leader in cybersecurity, digital transformation, and business consultancy for clients in the private and public sectors. Sylvana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Ottawa.
