Sylvana Gatto is a Mindset & Sales Performance Coach with over a decade of experience in tech sales. She has carried quotas, led teams, and worked across complex B2B, B2C, and public-sector environments - most recently leading the sales team at Jay Shetty Certification School.
Through her career, she observed a consistent pattern: most salespeople don’t struggle because they lack skill - they struggle because of what’s happening internally. Self-doubt, mental noise, and untrained responses under pressure quietly limit performance.
