They spend a lot of time in their head, second-guessing themselves, while knowing deep down they’re capable of more.

Understanding how your beliefs, experiences, and expectations shape how you show up.
We begin by exploring how you currently relate to sales - where it feels heavy, charged, or effortful and start shifting that relationship toward something more intentional and sustainable.

Why working harder isn’t creating better results.
This session looks at where effort is being misdirected, how over-effort shows up, and what changes when intention, energy, and impact come back into alignment.

How your relationship with money influences confidence, pressure, and decision-making.
This session explores how your own money beliefs and triggers can quietly show up in sales conversations, often without you realizing it. You’ll learn how to notice when you’re projecting your relationship with money onto a prospect, and how to discern between internal money-based resistance and true logistical considerations around investment.

Identifying the internal narratives shaping your sales conversations.
We’ll uncover the stories that create hesitation, self-doubt, or pressure, and how they influence your behaviour and decisions in real time.

Building trust without performing, proving, or “friend-zoning” your prospect.
This session focuses on presence and authenticity, and how real connection creates better conversations and stronger outcomes, without over-accommodating or seeking approval.

Why tone, presence, and internal state matter more than the right words.
You’ll explore how objections are often a response to energy rather than language, and how to communicate from a steadier, more grounded place.

Staying grounded and engaged when outcomes don’t go your way.
We’ll work with how rejection is experienced internally, and how to stay open, regulated, and self-trusting without shutting down or carrying it into the next conversation.

Owning how you sell and deciding what’s next.
This final session brings the work together. You’ll reflect on what’s shifted, identify what’s now available to you, and clarify how you want to continue developing your inner game as you elevate your sales performance moving forward.
